We are aware of an issue related to results of hyphenated names in Conflict Check. For example, if a contact in Clio is named "Joseph Johnson-Smith" Searching "Joseph Johnson Smith" will not result in a potential conflict found. However, Searching "Joseph Johnson" will. While this issue is being looked into, we recommend always searching all possible variations of a name or term in Conflict Check.
