We are aware of an issue with our data syncing that is causing activities not to show up in the execute split billing window. Follow these steps to get activities to appear:
- Go to Faster Suite > Settings > Advanced > Data Export
- Find "Activities" in the list and check the boxes for "On First Load" and "On Refresh"
- Click "Save and Close"
- Click the refresh button on the Faster Ribbon
After the refresh is completed, you should be able to see the activities for configured matters in the execute split billing window.
