This help article will demonstrate how to log one user out of Faster Suite so that a new user can access Faster Suite on that same computer.
Log the old user out of Faster Suite
From the Faster Suite ribbon, click on Faster Suite and then Exit and make sure you uncheck Remember my Faster Suite data and click Exit and Log Out.
Be sure to let Faster Suite finish shutting down and don't close the dialog shown below manually. It will close automatically when Faster Suite is done shutting down properly.
Log the new user in to Faster Suite
Once that window has closed, you can relaunch Faster Suite.
Since the previous user has logged out, Faster Suite will ask you to log in again using your Clio Manage credentials.
Choose your region and then a browser window will open where you can enter your Clio Manage credentials.
Click ALLOW ACCESS and now Faster Suite is logged in under the new user.
It will take just a little bit of time for Faster Suite to rebuild its cache for that new user and then your new user will be up and running.
