Faster Mail: Automatically select matter folder when adding attachments to emails with CMID# in the subject line

Users would like to be able to include the CMID# of a matter in Clio in the subject line of emails to have Outlook default to the matter folder in Faster Drive when adding an attachment.  When adding an attachment to an email, Faster Mail should check for the CMID# and if one exists it should tell Outlook to open that matter folder in Faster Drive to add an attachment from.  This will eliminate a lot of unnecessary clicking while navigating to the desired matter folder when adding an attachment.
