Faster Mail: Preservation Prompt Size on Smaller Monitors

Users are experiencing an issue when working on smaller monitors the preservation prompt is oversized and the top of the preserve window will render beneath the Faster Ribbon, and the bottom of the preserve window will render beneath the computer task bar. Users would like for the ability to edit the size of the preservation prompt to fit the monitor size they are working on. If editing the size is not possible, then an additional "cancel" button toward the middle of the window would be a workaround.
