ISSUE
We are aware of an issue with Faster Suite's Ring Central integration where valid credentials are unable to authenticate. RingCentral recently changed some stuff and that has broken the integration. Faster Law developers are looking into it.
RESPONE
Ring Central periodically makes changes to their API which is causes problems with Faster Suite integrating with their system. Our engineering team that it is a recurring issue and will work to resolve it as it recurs.
