REQUEST
Users are requesting the ability to automatically delete an email from Outlook without preserving it. Since the message preservation screen will automatically appear for sent emails anyway and have to be closed, being able to delete the email from this screen would save time and storage space. It could be added as a "Delete and do not preserve" button on the preservation window.
RESPONSE
We have no plans to develop this feature at this time
Deleting emails without preserving them would be dangerous as there would no longer be a copy of the email stored in Clio OR in Outlook. This should only be done manually and with care.
