Faster Suite Electronic Signature

As time goes on, electronic signatures are becoming increasingly important.  Let’s take a look at how to request electronic signatures on documents through Faster Suite.

First, we’ll find the document that we would like to request signatures for in Faster Drive, then drag it to the Documents menu on the Faster Ribbon and drop it on the ESign button to open the ESign Documents interface.

On the left we’ll see the document we selected. Since we dragged the document out of Faster Drive, this window already knows what matter the document is related to and populates the related contacts on the right side.

We can just select any parties that will be signing this document and click Request Signatures.

Clio Esignature Interface

Clio’s ESignature interface will appear.  We can just drag a signature field from the menu on the left to the location of the signature on the previewed document, then select who should be signing in this field on the right.  You can enter multiple signatures as well as initial and date fields.

When we’re done adding signature fields, we’ll click Next in the top right to send the document to be signed electronically.
