Users would like to be able to download excel spreadsheets of information from Clio, make changes to the spreadsheet, then upload the spreadsheet back to Clio to have the changes made directly to the existing information.
For example, a user would download a list of clients, then in the spreadsheet edit all of the addresses for any contacts that don't have the correct address, then upload the new spreadsheet to update Clio.
This would save a lot of time over going into each matter/contact in Clio and manually changing each piece of information one at a time.
